CBM Fund salutes its Founding Chairman
The Board of Advisors of the Central Bank of Malta Fund salute their Founding Chairman, Fr Marius Zerafa.
A prolific artist, historian, lecturer and writer, Fr Marius was instrumental in the setting up of the Fund, the Central Bank of Malta's corporate social responsibility arm, doing so with the humility and humbleness that characterised his life.
The Board members are indebted to him for his leadership, guidance, and inspiration. He will be remembered for the remarkable accomplishments in the arts, particularly for his pivotal role in the successful recovery of Caravaggio's St Jerome.
Heartfelt condolences are conveyed to his family and many friends.
