Central Bank of Malta Governor, Professor Edward Scicluna, earlier this month, welcomed a delegation from Albania’s Financial Supervision Authority (AFSA) headed by General Executive Director, Ervin Mete. The delegation’s visit comes as part of a set of meetings the AFSA delegation is holding in Malta at the invitation of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).

According to the Central Bank of Malta latest forecasts, Malta’s gross domestic product (GDP) is projected to grow by 6.8% this year, and by 3.7% in 2023, followed by growth rates of 3.6% and 3.5% in 2024 and 2025, respectively.
