Notice on the amendments to CBM Directive No. 16 on ‘Regulation on Borrower-Based Measures’
Following the closure of the 
public consultation on the proposed amendments to CBM Directive No. 16 on the Regulation on Borrower-Based Measures, particularly in relation to the current stressed DSTI-O for legal persons, the Bank received feedback from a number of stakeholders.
In this context, the Bank is publishing a feedback statement addressing the comments received, together with an amended version of the Directive in tracked edits.
The amended CBM Directive No. 16 is effective as from today, Thursday, 26 March 2026.
