Notice on the Consultation regarding the proposed amendments to the current stressed DSTI-O limit for legal persons as per CBM Directive No. 16 on ‘Regulation on Borrower-Based Measures’

The Central Bank of Malta (CBM) is launching a four-week public consultation on the proposed amendments to CBM Directive No. 16 on 'Regulation on Borrower-Based Measures' with respect to the current stressed DSTI-O for legal persons.

The consultation consists of two main documents - the main  consultation document outlining the changes proposed between the current text of Directive No. 16 and the revised version; and a copy of  Directive No. 16 containing all proposed amendments in tracked edits for ease of reference.

Following feedback from interested parties, a feedback statement, together with the revised version of the Directive, will be published on the CBM website.
