Ambassador of China to Malta, H.E. Yu Dunhai pays a courtesy visit to Central Bank Governor Scicluna

The Governor of the Central Bank of Malta, Professor Edward Scicluna, was paid a courtesy visit by H.E. Yu Dunhai, Chinese Ambassador to Malta, on Friday, 10 December 2021.

Accompanying His Excellency was Attaché at the Chinese Embassy, Mr Zhang Junning.

The meeting took place at the Governor's office. Also present for the meeting was Mr Ahmed Hnesh, Research officer at Eurosystem and International Relations office at the Central Bank of Malta.

During the meeting the Governor and the Ambassador discussed bilateral relations and areas of cooperation between the two countries as well as the importance of integrating global efforts to combat climate change.
