Central Bank of Malta donates to L-Istrina
The Central Bank of Malta presented a donation of €12,000 to L-Istrina during the fundraising event held by the Malta Community Chest Fund on 26 December 2019. This amount represents €913 from the sale of several books during Notte Bianca as well as proceeds from the Bank’s annual dress down day. The management of the Central Bank of Malta generously topped up the sum to €12,000.
The Bank also donated €1,080 to cover the cost of the participation of employees and their relatives in this year’s Fun Run event, to be held on 26 January 2020.
These initiatives form part of the Bank’s wide-ranging Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
