The Governor of the Central Bank of Malta, Professor Edward Scicluna, participated in a panel discussion “COVID-19 and Debt for All” organized within the framework of the Atlantic Dialogues. In his intervention, Governor Scicluna argued that “there must be a global commitment in order to see what is required because the crisis is of an enormous proportion.”
