The financial stability role of the Central Bank of Malta could
give rise to policy proposals that increase the safety and
effectiveness
of the financial system whilst also seeking to promote public
understanding of issues relating to financial stability and
their assessment. To this effect, the Central Bank of Malta
publishes its financial stability analysis and findings in
the Financial
Stability Report on an annual basis and a mid-year update.
The first publication is the December 2008 Financial Stability
Report
but previous
summaries were included in the Quarterly
Review and Annual
