Clause 1: Whilst we endeavour to supply
items to all applicants, we do not guarantee to do so. Applications
will be dealt with on a first come first served basis.
Clause 2:
The Malta Coins Distribution Centre reserves the right to (i)
amend the purchase price of any item. In such an event, applicants
shall be notified in writing
of the revised price and will be given the choice of either
paying the revised price or cancelling their application;
and (ii) withdraw any of the items. In such an event, money
tendered will be returned to applicants.
Clause 3:
The Malta Coins Distribution Centre reserves the right to refuse
any application.
Clause 4:
In the event of any one or more of these items being oversubscribed
or not available, the relative refund will be made and the balance
of the order accepted.
Clause 5:
Firm prices will be given on confirmation
of order. Prices
include VAT, insurance, handling and packing, and registered
postage. Local mail orders are
to include the additional amount indicated per coin
ordered to cover postage
and handling.
Clause 6:
Payments can be effected by cheque/bankers draft or Eurocheque.
Creditcard payments are not accepted. Requests for purchases
are to be accompanied by payment, to be received in advance,
prior
to despatch of coins.
Bank transfers in euro currency are payable
into our Euro account No. 100/955036900; Account Name: "Central
Bank of Malta" (Bank Code 500 70010, BIC Code
DEUTDEFF) held with Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt.
Payments in GBP
should be made in GBP account No.00343238
held at HSBC Bank LD, International Branch, PO Box 181, 27-32

Payments in USD should be

Clause
7: All orders/quotations will be
processed within 10 days from date of receipt
