(iv) Management Structure


The executive management of the Central Bank of Malta is vested in the Governor and the Deputy Governor and five Division Directors through the Executive Management Committee. The role of the Executive Management Committee, which meets on a weekly basis, is to discuss and take policy and administrative decisions on the work pertaining to each Division and the Bank in general within the policy framework as may be established by the Board of Directors.
